1. What is your return & refund policy?

All NXTL items are made to order. Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged or defective. If that happens, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

2. How do I know my size?

Each product page has a detailed size guide. For unisex items, if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and layering.

3. When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Shipping time depends on your location:

US: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Other countries: 7–15 business days

A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

4. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We cannot accept exchanges due to the nature of our products. Only damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or refund. Contact us within 14 days if this occurs.

5. Are your products unisex?

Most of our lineup is unisex, designed to fit all bodies comfortably while keeping a streetwear-inspired silhouette. Women’s items have dedicated sizing and tailored fits.

6. How should I care for my NXTL gear?

Machine wash cold with like colors

Hang dry or tumble low

Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
