1. What is your return & refund policy?
All NXTL items are made to order, meaning each piece is produced specifically for you after your purchase.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or preference.
We only offer replacements or refunds if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Is incorrect (wrong item sent)
If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
2. How do I know my size?
Each product page has a detailed size guide.
3. When will my order arrive?
All orders are made to order and typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location.
In some cases (such as high demand or international shipping), delivery may take up to 30 days.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We cannot accept exchanges due to the nature of our products. Only damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or refund. Contact us within 14 days if this occurs.
5. How should I care for my NXTL gear?
Machine wash cold with like colors
Hang dry or tumble low
Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
